"I recommend this place to help you get through such a difficult time. Dorothy went above and beyond for our family. I personally have never had to deal with such a loss but Dorothy helped with any questions I had. She never got frustrated with any of my repetitive questions and was sure I understood the process of things when it comes to planning a funeral. She let us use the banquet hall for night of viewing and after burial as our reception room. You can decorate to your taste. I liked everything about this place under the circumstances. The chapel was lovely, the banquet room was a good size provided with tables, chairs, TV screen for memorial DVD. A kitchen to prepare food, a fridge to keep. Dante was another big help when it cane time to viewing and actual burial. Any technical difficulties and concerns at burial he was there to answer and fix. This the kind of place and team you want when you have a funeral to plan." -Cynthia M.
"Without a doubt: Wow! You don’t think about the word “wow” when you think about death and saying good bye to a loved one. But “Wow!” is how my family and I feel about Clairemont Mortuary. First of all, they helped us set up the viewing and burial starting on a on Monday and everything was ready for the Friday and Saturday services! The staff bent over backwards to help and accommodate us. If I went on about everything they did for us, I’d be writing a chapter book. Thank you Dorothy and staff. Saying goodbye to my brother was hard, but you certainly eased the pain with your kindness and thoughtfulness during our time of sadness and grief."
