Frank helped my family and me make the arrangements, Linda always so kind on the phone, Kat , Jesse and I apologize I don't recall the other gentlemans name. They were very helpful, during the service, made sure we had our moment alone to say our goodbye. At the church service again very thoughtful. Thank you”

“My family and I were very pleased with the overall service provided by Funeral Arranger, Ms. Jay Lopez of Clairemont Mortuary, for our Dear Brother. She understood our needs and acted quickly, within a week, while maintaining her professionalism and compassion. She was very accessible and accommodated any changes we made to the contract and special orders, to provide products and services on time. We were also very happy with the way the service package in the baseball theme turned out and the added touches she made on the layout of the service and thank you cards. Thank you, Jay, for all that you did to make the services dedicated to our Dear Brother extra special.”

“Recently lost my beloved mother, though it was expected, it still overwhelms when it happened. I contacted Clairemont Mortuary, spoke with Jay Lopez on the telephone, made an appointment to come to the office the next day. Jay Lopez called to tell me that she was not available at the time I requested due to a previous appointment already scheduled. She advised that Jill Wilson will be able to assist with all our requests. My sisters and I met with Jill, she was compassionate and knowledgeable in all the aspects we asked about. Jill gave us options. Jill made herself available to us 24/7. Associates like Jill, don't come with 'taught' skills during this sensitive time of a family's ordeal. Jill is competent and relentless when it came to accommodating our requests. Because Greenwood Mortuary and Clairemont Mortuary are partners, we were able to complete the honoring of our beloved mother, Magdalen Manibusan Lizama, at Greenwood Mortuary with the help of Jill in coordinating events with Greenwood Mortuary. We will be burying my mother and my father together (my Dad died in 1995). From our family, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Jill Wilson who made it all happen without a 'glitch'.”

“It's been more than a month since my mom's funeral service and I should've reviewed sooner but wasn't ready to until now. Jen B., Dante and staff were amazing, professional and provided great comfort and support for our family. Jen was so thoughtful, patient and understanding during the planning process. I emailed her with questions numerous times and she answered quickly. She was extremely efficient. Dante handled the logistics and stayed with our family during the funeral services.
