Adela Marie Reese's Obituary
ADELA (HONEY) REESE, age 78, of San Diego, passed away on August 15th, 2012.She was born in Chino, CA in December 1933. Adela graduated from San Bernardino High School.She was married to Ralph Reese on December 22, 1954. Adela served in a long career as a Naval Civil Service Inventory Clerk, for 32 years. She retired from the Naval Supply Center in September 1994.Her large extended family was her passion and joy after losing Ralph in 1983. She is survived by her siblings, Tootsie, Tommy, Ronnie, and Cherlyn; her four daughters, Roberta (Tinker) Reese-Elkins, Della (Sister) Robinson, Teresa (Tessy) Reese, and Darlene (Dolly) Sales. She also has eight grandchildren – Vanessa Reese, Ian Silva, Cherlyn Willis, Randahl Elkins, Daniel Angle, Edward Sales Jr, Nicholas Sales, and Robert Sales. And six great-grandchildren – Jaelyn Alvarado, Lyria Medina-Silva, Isaiah Alvarado, Lynae Silva, Daniel J. Angle, and Kyan Willis.She now joins her parents, Espidiron and Lupe Martinez, her beloved husband, Ralph; and her siblings – Angie, Manual, Connie, Sally, Bobby, Virgie, and Baby Doll. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012, beginning at 1 o’clock at the Clairemont Mortuary located at 4266 Mt. Abernathy, San Diego, CA 92117.
