Alessio Carlos Huelga's Obituary
Alessio Carlos Huelga was born on December 8, 1962, in Mexicali, Mexico. Shortly after his
birth, his family moved to the Bay Area in California, where Carlos spent the rest of his
childhood. He was the eldest of three siblings, and his parents were Alessio and Deya Huelga.
After graduating from high school, Carlos enlisted in the Navy. He served for six years, which
brought him to San Diego, California. Upon serving in the Navy, he attended San Diego State
University and earned a bachelor's degree in finance. Carlos then started his career as a
Financial Planner, where he built a thriving portfolio and served his clients with excellence and
care. He was a beloved member of the San Diego community, a devout churchgoer, avid surfer,
and a dedicated father. Carlos is survived by his wife, Eloisa F. Huelga, his two sons, Nicholas
Huelga and Andrew Huelga, and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place at Point Loma Community Presbyterian Church on Friday,
December 15th, 2023 at 2pm Pacific Time. The church is located at 2128 Chatsworth Blvd, San
Diego, CA 92107. All are welcome to attend.
