Cecil Perot Norwood Jr's Obituary
Cecil passed away on December 18, 2020 in San Diego. For 35 years he served with the civil service as a technician. Cecil will be missed by his family, relatives and friends. He will be laid to rest on January 11, 2021, Monday at the Miramar National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
