Charles Cecil Copelin's Obituary
Copelin, Charles SAN DIEGO — Charles “Chuck” Copelin, 85, of San Diego, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at Clairemont Mortuary, 4266 Mt. Abernathy Ave., San Diego, CA 92117. Hors d’oeuvres will be served before the service at the Copelin residence from 4-5:30pm. Chuck was born July 25, 1929 in South Gate, California. On October 22, 1961, he married Anna Marie Fesnock Copelin in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chuck retired in 1989 after a distinguished career in construction. After retirement, Chuck enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with family. Chuck is survived by his wife Anna, his sister Lucy; his 5 children, Gary, Cheryl, Charles III, Les, and Carla; his 12 grandchildren, and his 6 great-grandchildren.
