Gary was married to Joann (Spangler) Witt for many years. She passed away in 2013. He leaves behind his children, Laura, Charles Jr, and Robert. And his Grandchildren Chris, Patrick, Tara, Stephen, Bobby, William, Grace and Izzy along with 8 great grandchildren.
