Ernesto Nicolas Bautista's Obituary
Ernesto passed away Monday October 27th at 1:13am after living on leased time for two decades battling many health difficulties.
Ernesto came to Philadelphia, PA in 1969 after growing up and studying engineering in the Philippines. He was a brilliant engineer and loved the work he did, and dedicated decades to his craft, spending hours of overtime at work. His designs as an aerospace engineer were implemented in commercial airliners and the international space station.
He was generous and had the spirit of a jokester. He did his best to navigate this world with the tools he was given. Ernesto truly lived the American dream, coming to the United States with very little and building a life for himself and his family that fulfilled a vision he had from childhood, buying a beautiful home, cars he always wanted, and traveling.
He is survived by his three daughters, Maybelline, Jennifer and Allison, his five biological grandchildren and four step grandchildren, as well as his siblings Marcos and Elvira. He has joined his mother Marcela, father Princello, and younger brother Princello Jr.
