If this Eugene Snook (how many can there be?) was the "Snookie" I worked with who was a WW2 nosegunner and worked at General Dynamics KM plant, I always loved when he was the mechanic assigned to jobs with me. An absolutely great human being to count among your friends!
Mr. Snook was the kindest man I have known for a very long time. He did not curse and he was not vulgar, unusual qualities for a man who flew 45 missions in the Pacific in WWII! A wonderful story teller, he had a knack for inserting humor at the right moment in a conversation. His eyes twinkled as he spoke. That and his smile are the ways I choose to remember him. He was revered and repeated by all of us. I simply loved the man.Mike
