Guillermo “Memo” Pino Jr., July 6, 1987 – May 5, 2012, was born in San Diego, CA in 1987. Son of Guillermo and Martha Pino. He is the eldest brother to three younger sisters, Michelle, Danielle, and Camille. Memo was very family oriented and could always be found around his family and friends. He experienced the world with a “larger than life” attitude and gave us even a larger, contagious and charismatic smile. In 2009, a model student as labeled by his teachers, he graduated from Mission Bay High School with honors and 4.6 GPA. Thereafter, he graduated from UCSD, where he majored in psychology and was planning on becoming a clinical psychologist, following his life passion of helping others in need.As a young boy, Memo enjoyed playing soccer, playing tennis, and surfing. He enjoyed nature and had an adventurous spirit in him. He enjoyed video games and going dancing with friends. He loved teasing his sisters and hanging out with them. He often told his sisters how much he admired his parents, their sacrifices and all the love they had given him and raised him with. His family and friends know him as kind, loving, and always respectful. He was the ideal son, brother, friend, and human being. He remains with us in spirit until we rejoice with him in God’s Glory.
