Mom, known as Beck, engoyed family and especially cooking for them. One of the things that I will always remember in helping her cook. She never had me use a measuring cup, she just look and said keep pouring. I would say "are you sure thats a cup" it looked more than a cup to me. But the food always turned out great. Mom also enjoyed her weekend Swap Meet shopping and garage sales. Mom was always happy when family was around. She always liked going to the fiestas and especially cooking for them. I remember helping her with the Frittata, Lumpia, Eskabeche and especially the Banana Donuts.
We will truly miss Mom, she will forever be in our hearts. I thank God for blessing my family with our mother.
As much as We miss her, we know that she's happy in heaven and is looking down on us now. If I know Mom, she's probably having everyone now preparing for her baby Jody's birthday which is April 21st.
I like to thank everybody for your love and support.
