Julio was a high school friend. Favorite memory of him was cruising around Imperial Beach and Chula Vista in his parents' blue Chevy BelAir(?)!! He was on the school wrestling team and was really good at it. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Blessings to all who loved him.

Julio was a political pal, former Navy colleague, friend, supporter, energetic, optimistic, caring, enthusiastic and wonderful patriot. If he was asked for help, he readily responded. What a full, rich life he led. His passing leaves a void personally and for the greater San Diego community. Gone too soon. Bless you Julio. May you have fair winds and following seas my friend.
