Kevin Clancy's Obituary
Kevin Clancy, 69, of San Diego, passed away on November 3, 2025. Kevin was born in San Pedro, California, and although he spent time in Ohio, he eventually returned to California, never looking back.
He will be missed the most by his siblings, Karen Trotier and her husband, Jeff; Brian Clancy; Maureen Lenahan and her husband, Tim; and Jim Clancy and his wife, Kathy. Kevin will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews: Jimmy, Danny, and Charlie Trotier, Brandon and Rachel Clancy, Tom Langkamp, and Grant and Kelly Clancy.
Kevin’s family will remember his love of “three-beer jacuzzis,” his favorite rib dinners—where he always went back for second helpings—and his enjoyment of easy conversations with those around him. He loved to sit around the table and spend hours enjoying the company of everyone. He was a great listener, loved to make you feel special, and everyone who met him loved him. He was a great guy. He was deeply devoted to his family and was always ready to lend a hand whenever needed. Kevin was exceptionally generous with his time and care for Frank and Flo, offering steady support when they needed him most.
Kevin loved to travel and cherished the memories of a magical trip to Ireland with the entire clan, as well as family reunions held at the Wisconsin lake house. Above all, Kevin was happiest when surrounded by the people he loved most, his family.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
