L. Winfrid Gallagher passed away on July 1, 2018 in San Diego, CA. She was born on December 31, 1917 in College Springs, Iowa, daughter of Sigfrid and Lillian of Iowa. For 22 years, L. Winfrid worked as a secretary for the San Diego City School District. The memorial service is Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. It will be held at the Linda Vista United Methodist Church located at 6869 Tait St. San Diego, CA. 92111. L. Winfrid will be missed by her family and friends.
