Laura A. Ebbs' Obituary
Laura A. Ebbs, 71, died Thursday, September 25, 2008 at the Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford. Born in Boston, she was raised in Randolph and was a graduate of Randolph High School, class of 1954. Miss Ebbs was a Veteran of the US Navy for over 20 years, retiring in 1980 with the rank of Chief Yeoman. She was a resident of Stoughton for over 25 years, before moving to Medway 2 years ago. She was a computer expert. She is survived by her three sisters, Dorothy Hembrough of Brockton, Ethel Taranto and Mary Hayward both of Franklin. She was predeceased by 6 brothers and 2 sisters. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, September 29 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-5 PM. Donations in Laura’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Burial will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
