Lillian G Nielsen's Obituary
Lillian lived a long, beautiful life, she lived up to be 102.5, she was widely known by her legion of friends and admirers for the love of her longtime home in Hillcrest and for her devotion to the San Diego Zoo where she made significant contributions as a decades-long volunteer. Among her most favorite things have been te seven shelties she has had during her long and happy life. Lillian was noted as an accomplished watercolor painter, photographer, and animal lover. She was always ready for a good laugh or a long walk, preferably with a dog. To paraphrase Lillian, "You have made our day."
