My sincerest condolences for your loss. I am so deeply saddened. She was such a wonderful, sweet, kind person. An angel.
We received this comfort passage from Peggy a few years ago:"Perhaps some people just aren't meant to be in our lives forever.Perhaps they are just passing through…they get it all done faster than the rest of us. It may be that some people just come through our lives to bring a gift, a blessing, a lesson we need to learn, and that's why they are here. The lesson may be about love, or giving, or caring. That is their gift to us. When the gift is given, then they are free to move on. They are special souls who leave a gift that lasts forever." Peggy thank you for all the gifts you have given our family, you are our cherished friend. We will miss you greatly.
My dear friend Peg; oh how alone I am without you. Each day you would call me or I would call you. For 30 years we were sisters in life together. We both lost a child and had to go on and we did that together. Your last words to me were "I'll call you tomorrow". I with listen for that call we are together again. My friend. Dearest Friend Peggy,What a rare and bright shining star. As I think of the future without your beautiful presence I will try to draw upon your example of graceful strength and find comfort and inspiration. Thank you for so many fun times, we had so much fun didn't we? Yes, save me a spot.Love you,Janet
Cousin Peg, a smile whenever I think of her. She is forever young, pretty and carefree in my memory as I think back to our childhood here on Long Island. What rejoicing must be going on up there with Aunt May, Uncle Jack, Ronny and Andrea! I cant help but smile through my tears, till we meet again love…
