Noal passed away on April 17, 2016 in San Diego, California. He was born May 31, 1930, the son of Wenceslao and Eloise Baquial, Philippine Islands. Noal was a superintendent in the construction industry for 22 years. He is survived by his wife, Manuela Lily. Noal will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
