Perpetua M. Duarte, 85, passed away October 1, 2016 in San Diego, California. Born in Veracruz, Mexico on January 2, 1931. She is survived by Children Daughter Edna eddy Cox (Tim Cox). Sons Efren Duarte ( Maybelline), Robert Duarte (Jocelyn). Grandchildren Alexander, Estefan, Ryan, Alana and Leina Duarte.
