Ralo passed away on July 13, 2016 in San Diego, California. He was born on October 7, 1923 in the Philippines. Ralo served in the United States Navy and with the Civil Service of the U.S. Federal Government. He is survived by his wife, Louise Flores. Ralo will be missed by his family and friends. Services will be on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at Clairemont Mortuary Chapel, 4266 Mt. Abernathy Ave. San Diego, California following the Inurnment at 11:30 a.m. at the Mirarmar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
