Ruben Amil Amante, 73, of San Diego, CA, passed away January 4, 2017. He was born in San Pedro, Laguna Philippines on May 14, 1943. Ruben worked as an electrician at Nasco. He is survived by son Russel Ericson M. Amante, Grandchildren Eric Joseph Amante and soon to be born Isabella Amante, brothers and sisters Romeo A. Amante, Milagros A. Amante, Jose A. Amante Jr., Norma A Amante, Amparo Amante Ambayec, Normita Amante Davis, Jamie A Amante, Rogelio A Amante. Visitation Monday, January 9, 2017, at the Clairemont Mortuary with service at 6:00 pm.
