Santos was born April 19, 1946 in the Philippines Islands and passed away on December 24, 2015 in San Diego, CA. He is survived by his beloved wife Nenilda, son Arnel and daughter, Arlene. His brothers are Benjamin, Eduardo, Nicanor, Nestor, Fidel, Manuel and sister Thelma. Santos will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
