Sybil Dere Chinn, Passed away September 4, 2015 in San Diego, CA . Born on December 27, 1925 in San Francisco, CA. where she lived until 1955. her parents were Sheck Hing Dere and Mansie Lee Dere. She was 1st of 5 children. She earned the following degrees B.A. in business Administration after graduation she began a career as an administrator at the Employment Development Department until she married Jack on September 4th, 1955. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She was kind, generous, caring, loving loyal and lots of patience.survived by Daughters Lori Cho Linda Chinn. Sons Lawrence Chinn and Martin Chinn. 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
