Thelma passed away on May 21, 2016 in San Diego, California. She was born on January 14, 1921 in Tennessee, daughter of John and Addie Cole. Thelma was a homemaker for 40 years and is survived by her son John C. Howell. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
