I worked with Ness at Superfoods and she impacted me with her energy and kindness. I am taken aback at her loss. She had a big presence in a positive way. She is missed and I am sad that she is no longer of this earth. My thoughts and condolences are with her family.
I was looking up LinkedIn connects and just wow...... She was tough, blunt, brash and loud/proud but at the same time caring and kindhearted. We bickered but in a loving brother/sister kind of way. I wish we'd kept in touch more when she left NS1. It's hard to believe such a soul can be extinguished but I know she's still spreading that spirit of hers. The world is worse off for losing her.
Ness. Wow this hurts. I google searched your name as you were on my mind lately and was hoping to be back in touch, and this memorial came up. You were a really good friend to me back in the day and I will never forget our times together. I'm so sorry we lost touch too many years ago and now I can only reconnect with you in spirit.

Oh, Nancy - I was so sorry to hear of Vanessa's passing. She and I reconnected on FB and I saw a post on her timeline. She and I became close while working together at NetStar-1 and I will never forget when she dropped everything to take me to the hospital after my infant son had been admitted and my husband had our 1 and only car. She was beautiful and funny and real and this world is not as bright without her natural, glowing light. My sincere condolences to you and her father, sister and stepmother and all of her family and friends. I hope for peace and comfort to you all.

Just reading this today, April 18th. I worked with Ness at NetStar-1 in the HR Department. We had so much fun! She truly had a talent for HR and she went far with it in a short time. I remember one of her birthdays when she decided she wanted to make a fancy meal. We drove to Whole Foods and she bought an enormous piece of meat. She proceeded to make the most gourmet meal and we enjoyed it with lots of wine in her condo. Although we probably only spent time together for two years or so, I have so many fond memories of Ness that I carry with me. Sending her family so much love. ❤️
Oh how I loved Vanessa! Whenever I was with her I felt a connection that will stay with me forever. She always amazed me. From the day we met, I knew she was special and we would form a strong bond.
