Vonda Mae Matlock born in Drumright, Oklahoma. Proceded in death by Loving Husband “JD”. She died peacefully in her sleep. Her surviving daughters Sheryl, Pam Jan. Survived by her sister, Patsy. She loved coming to California by bus and meeting her husband JD. And that’s where the love story started for 70 years!! She was great reading or quoting the bible. She liked to sing for hobby and going anywhere in the car!! Loved her sweets too. There was always fudge at Xmas…
She worked many years in electronics in San Diego and loved her work. She became head lead lady and made missiles parts for Ryan, Cubic Corporation. Great cook and baked a good pineapple upside cake!
Mom loved San Francisco with her sister years ago. Mom loved her brothers now deceased. What wonderful life we experienced with you for 85 years we will never forget you. You’re in our hearts forever..We love you! Rest in peace in Jesus Christ Name. Amen
