William F. Toohey Jr.'s Obituary
William Francis Toohey Jr. (Bill) (Billy) (2E) (Poppi) passed away at 70 years old on December 26, 2020 at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego.
Born February 25, 1950 in Rochester, New York. He played Football in High School then served in the United States Army.
He moved to California after the Army. Married to Rebecca Reeves for 7 years and together they share their only daughter Shannon.
He Loved Playing Baseball, had a passion for cars, and worked in Automotive Repair and Rental Car Services.
After retirement he moved closer to his daughter and grandson. He loved to make Chocolate Malted Milkshakes and collected Hats/Pins, T-Shirts, Flashlights and Tools.
He was Kind, Gentle, Loving, Funny, Sarcastic, Smart a great listener and had the prettiest Blue Eyes on Earth. He loved telling jokes and was a "total wise guy."
Preceded in death by his Mother: Patricia Hartigan, Father: William F. Toohey, Sister: Patti Tomaselli and Brother: Mike Toohey.
Survived by his daughter Shannon Davis and Grandson Oliver Davis. Ex-wife and Best Friend: Rebecca Reeves.
Siblings: Fran Toohey, Sherri Dieter(Tom), Brendan Toohey(Bettina), Patti Loveland(Rob), Barb Clay(Chip) and Chrissy Doggett(Tommy). (plus numerous nieces and nephews)
Step Mother: Dolores Toohey. And many, many near and dear friends and extended family.
