My memories of Aaron are all work-related, but I can definitely sense he's a very nice and good person. He makes sure calls are not boring and would make jokes to keep the conversation alive. He's very approachable and always willing to help when needed. You will surely be missed Aaron.

I’m shocked and heartbroken over the loss of Aaron—aka Big Minsch, aka DOBIE.
Dobie had an incredible zest for life. He was always laughing, always happy, and had this infectious smile that could light up any room. I used to think he walked around like there was a song playing in his head—always with a rhythm, always upbeat.

I met Dobie 22 years ago when he was my mentor on the IT Ops team at Symitar, and we’ve shared countless memories ever since. He was truly one of the good ones—gone way too soon.

Whether we were out for a run, hitting the gym, or just hanging out with a few cold ones, Dobie was always that same big-hearted guy. Always smiling. Always there for you. Always bringing positive energy into every space he entered.

You’ll be deeply missed, brother.
