Aaron Wayne Minsch's Obituary
Aaron Wayne Minsch, born July 30, 1971, in Buena Park, California, passed away on April 5, 2025. He was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend—always quick with a laugh and known for his kind heart and easygoing spirit.
Aaron was raised in Oceanside, California, where he spent his formative years before joining the U.S. Navy at the age of 21. He was the second of three brothers and the beloved son of Richard and Ritsuko Minsch. He attended San Luis Rey and Mission Elementary Schools, Jefferson Junior High, and graduated from Oceanside High School. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from National University.
Professionally, Aaron spent over 20 years of his career at Symitar, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, where he contributed to a leading technology company serving credit unions.
Aaron had a zest for life and a deep appreciation for the simple things. He was a life-long Padres fan who enjoyed lifting weights, fishing, grilling grass-fed beef, and sharing drinks with friends. Whether pushing himself in the gym, casting a line in the water, or perfecting the art of backyard grilling, Aaron brought passion and joy to all he did.
He is survived by his beloved sons, Chandler and Peter; his parents, Richard and Ritsuko; his brothers, Stephen and Andrew; sisters-in-law, Elaine and Patricia; nieces, Abigale and Addison; and nephew, Drew. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
