Auntie Batoul has always held a special place in our hearts. When we first arrived in the U.S., she welcomed us with open arms, showing motherly love and care. She made sure we were doing well, always supporting and looking out for us.
She was incredibly generous and thoughtful. For the past 20 years, every Christmas, she sent me my favorite see’s candy, knowing how much I liked it, along with gifts for the kids. We always cherished our visits, sharing stories about family, home and recipes. She loved baklavas and lozina ( almond cookie)
She was always eager to hear about everyone in the family and the culture.
She will be dearly missed.
Auntie Batoul loved and cared genuinely, never expecting anything in return, which is what made her the special person she was.
Ammu, Ken, Cathy and Terry , please accept our deepest condolences. Suhair and Bashar
