She was I believe delighted that she actually saw a live Cricket match in match in our Avenue.
She also taught me how me how to say Mexico 🇲🇽 correctly.
I use it to this day.
Mrs. Bauer was a second mom to many of us growing up with her kids. She had a kind heart, willingness to let others into her home, and kept many of us in line when needed, especially if she was watching over us during or after a drum corps trip. She defintely left her mark on this earth and in the hearts of many. Forever thankful to her. Rest in peace Mrs. Bauer (could never call her Freda because she was Mom).
