James Lee Armstrong
September 20, 1948 — May 1, 2015
Jim died on Friday, May 1, 2015 in Spokane Washington from natural causes at the age of 66. He leaves a brother, Randy Armstrong and a sister, Laurel Loop and many friends and relatives. He will be reunited with his father and mother, John and Mary Armstrong, his brother Steve and sister Cindi.
Jim was an accomplished Marine Top Gun fighter pilot and made a career as a pilot for Delta Airlines.
Jim will be laid to rest Wednesday May 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, Ca. 92122. Followed by a celebration of life at Horizon Christian Fellowship, 6365 El Apajo, Rancho Santa Fe, Ca. 92067 at 3:00 PM.
